A 50% minimum deposit is necessary on all orders over $500.00. Custom fixtures may require payment in full to begin processing. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover and checks.

Changes, Cancellations and Returns
Since our pieces are hand-crafted to order, after your order has been placed, any changes are subject to our ability to conform to them. Additional charges may apply. Cancellation of merchandise after an order has been placed may result in the loss of part or all of your deposit. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a refund less a 40% restocking fee of the cost of the product. Authorized returns only. Shipping charges are not refundable. No returns can be authorized after 10 days of receipt of order. Custom merchandise and light bulbs are not returnable for any reason.
Most orders are shipped directly from Wish Designs via common carrier. Shipping cost is available for both the USA and international orders. The estimated shipping time is 3-6 weeks. Sooner if possible. Let us know if you are planning for a holiday or special event. We will do our best to work with in your time line.
